"ELIIIIII!~" It was just a normal day in the mortal world and also in the Underworld. But in a flash of dazzling light, Esele Thymes (known as Hera to the mortals) appeared in her husband's brother's lair. It was dark and did nothing to help her skin, but she'd ignore that for now. It was about time she paid Hades a visit. Since he wasn't allowed to leave the Underworld very often- due to her husband's temper- Esele thought it would be nice to go to him. Most of gods and goddesses didn't like him much anyways.
She didn't go down alone, however. Esele rarely went anywhere by herself. Normally, she had another goddess, like Aphrodite or Athena by her side, but today it was her son. Known as Ares to the mortal realm, Caro Thymes was the God of War and Hera's little baby-doll. Caro was relatively quiet, which was odd for a god. Most had big egos and even bigger mouths.
Caro did what his mother wanted, mostly because it would prove exhausting to even argue with her. His uncle Skye (Poseidon) always teased him about being a mama's boy. Caro didn't really give into verbal banter though. Being the God of War, he was more of a physical being, though he proved to be quite intelligent and calculative.
Esele walked briskly down Hades' hall, her heels tapping against the stone. She barked at Caro to keep up and, ever the dutiful son, he hurried along after her. His bright blue eyes flicked around, eyeing the occasional lost soul that wandered by.
