The butler let slip a cruel little smile, "I will be whatever my Lady wishes," he replied, eyes flashing crimson for a moment.

" I think it's time for us to leave and do some research," She stands quietly, blinking at him," Will you be my companion this evening?" Her voice was formal but her mischievuos smile reealed her true intentions

"My Lady," Dmitri's silky voice sounded and the demon butler stepped into the room. His entrance was silent and he'd only been seen if he wanted it, "Is there something can do for you?"

After a few more appointments of officials and CEOs of factories pleading for advise and getting the cold truth, night had began to fall. Ella sipped quietly on her tea before standing and calling softly," Dmitri,"

He closed the carriage door and watched it drive off into the distance. Once that was done, the demon turned back for the Nightingale Mansion. What an interesting contract this turned out to be.

" This is why this house is cursed," the man grumbles beneath his breath as he moves out.

Ella watches quietly and glances up as Arucard opens the door, holding a tray of tea and some other food," Arucard," she smiles happily, the young man offering her a shy smile back

Dmitri led him out the front door, walking all the way to his carriage, "Thank you for the visit, sir," he said in a pleasant tone, opening the door for him.

The man follows him quietly, muttering crossly beneath his breath

Ella sits back down and smiles to herself, this was a particularly great start to her morning

He lowered his arm and bowed to her, turning and exiting with barely a glance at the man.

The man stopped short, his eyes widening a bit

" Sir," Ella smiles and gets up slowly," If I found out that you do not keep your word..." She chuckles softly and locks the man in her gaze when he shakily turns to look at her," I will make sure to deal out the punishment in which your workers so desperately want unto you," she glances at Dmitri," You may take him back to his coach,"

The man shivers once and stiffly, glancing at Dmitri with a mixture of suspicion and anger

His arm flew out and barred the door, preventing the man from leaving, "As you wish, my Lady."

The man glared at her longer before standing, rigid with anger," Fine. I will pay." He growls in a clipped voice, walking away toward the doors

Ella smiles slightly and calls," Dmitri, can you stop him for a moment, i have one last peice of advice."

The demon's chocolate eyes watched the man, narrowed slightly.

The man clenches his teeth angrily and hisses," Imagine how much MONEY i'd lose, Ella, imagine how much-"

Ella iterrupts once again," First," She begins in the coldest voice a human could possibly project," You do not have permission to call me by just my first name. Second of all-" she leans foreward," I could care less about your god damn money, or you, i only care about the workers."

The man twitches as he tries to mask his fury, his hands were fists in his lap," If you weren't the Queen's Mockingbird than i would have you arrest right now," he snarls

Ella merely offers him an icey smile," For what, my dear sir? Constructive critisism? Perhaps being one for the people?" She cooes mockingly

Dmitri stood by the door with his hands folded in front of him. He looked more like a statue than a man.

The man stepped inside quietly, making his way toward the desk and settling on the couch," Lady Ella," he began as he cleared his throat," It has come to the attention of my company the the workers' Union is stirring up quite a bit of trouble and-"

Ella's green eye narrowed dangerously," What do you want me to do about it, Sir, you know as well as i do that the Union only starts stirring if something is wrong with the workplace."

The man, seeming to realize he'd been caught avoiding the subject once more clears his throat," A-Ah well-" he began shakily

Ella straightens and glares at him," This is a simple problem, Sir, just clean up your factory AND your act, than talk to me."

Dmitri gestured him inside, "She's ready to receive you, sir."

" Come in," Her voice echoes slightly through the library, she was folding her hands on the desk neatly, her green gaze seeming to see through the door..

The man shuffles nervously, apparently his last visit had not gone well..

Of course, this was only a standard greeting and Dmitri doubted it actually reflected Ella's feelings. He walked down the hallway with long strides, until they reached the library. Knocking once, he opened the doors, "Your..guest, Lady Ella."

The man seemed slightly suprised at the immediate response and especially shock when Dmitri said 'She was glad you could make it' but murmurs soft thanks before following Dmitri

Dmitri opened the door and greeted the guest/client with a nod, "Good morning, sir," the butler said, "My Lady is glad you could make it. Please, follow me. I shall escort you to her."

Ella didnt answer but settled on the chair, folding her hands and watching the door with the same bored expression as last night.

A knock came from the front entrance

"I'll see to it right away, Lady Ella," Dmitri bowed and left the room on silent feet. He headed down the hallway toward the foyer, where all guests were received.

" Indeed," She muses softly, walking to the desk and runnin her hand along the black wood before glancing out the window," Ah, seems as if one of my clients is here, would you mind escorting him to me?"

Dmitri looked around briefly, though it was only his eyes that moved, "Very nice," the butler commented.
